At HRS Store, we are committed to providing you with the freshest, highest-quality organic fruits and vegetables. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our policies regarding cancellations and returns are designed to ensure both product integrity and customer satisfaction.
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched from our facility. Dispatch typically happens [Consider adding a timeframe here if possible, e.g., “within X hours of order placement” or “by X PM daily”].
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email at hello@hrsingha.com, including your order number.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns & Refunds Policy
Perishable Goods: Given the nature of fresh fruits and vegetables, we cannot accept returns for products once they have been delivered, simply due to a change of mind or dislike of the product. We encourage you to be certain of your order before placing it.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: We take great care in packing and delivering your orders. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect (not what you ordered), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
How to Report Issues:
Email us at hello@hrsingha.com within the 24-hour timeframe.
Include your Order Number in the subject line.
Provide a clear description of the issue.
Attach clear photographic evidence showing the damage, spoilage, or incorrect item(s). This is mandatory for processing your request.
Verification and Resolution:
Upon receiving your email with the required details and photographic proof, we will review your claim.
If the damage, spoilage, or error is verified, we will, at our discretion, offer either:
A replacement of the affected item(s) in your next order (if feasible), OR
A refund for the value of the affected item(s). Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse a replacement or refund if the claim is not made within 24 hours of delivery or if sufficient proof is not provided.
What is NOT Considered Damaged/Defective: Please note that natural variations in the size, shape, color, or minor surface blemishes of organic fruits and vegetables are normal and do not qualify as damage or defects.
